Vinyasa Yoga (in English)

Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that invites us to connect body, mind and breath. Through that we can get closer to ourselves again – something that gets lost in the often so stressful everyday life. In my classes I guide you through dynamic sequences and invite you to connect with yourself and practice mindfulness not only on the yoga mat, but also beyond, with yourself and your environment. Come as you are – all levels welcome! There are no props in the room. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or a big scarf. If you have, bring blocks. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let me know. I’ll organize something for you.
