SUMMARY:Schamlos - Lesung und Gespräch
DESCRIPTION:Eine Veranstaltung von DaMigra e.V. Leipzig\n\nDrei junge Fraue
 n - Muslimas\, Bloggerinnen\, Feministinnen - beziehen Position: Wie fühl
elbstbestimmten\, freien Leben andererseits?
 facebook.com/events/378959326345296/\n\nThree young women – Muslims\, bl
oggers\, feminists – take up position: How does it feel to be constantly
torn between living according to their parents’ expectations\, their cu
ltural identity and their self-conception as adolescents in a Western coun
try? They talk openly about taboos\, discuss courageously and look for way
s out of this “dilemma” – without having to break away. How does one
bridge the gap between cultural and religious norms on the one hand and a
self-determined and emancipated life on the other hand? We are happy to i
nvite one of the authors\, Sofia Nesrine Srour\, to our reading and discus
sion and we are looking forward to an exciting and encouraging exchange.\n
